About Me

I help people who have done a lot of inner work but still find themselves second-guessing what they know, losing themselves in relationships, or struggling to trust their own wants, boundaries, and intuition. My work is about helping you come back into relationship with yourself so you can hear your own inner signal more clearly and build a life that feels like yours.

I’m a Therapeutic Intuitive, psychic teacher, energy healer, and author of Healing Your Inner Child: Reparenting Yourself for a More Secure and Loving Life. My approach brings together inner child work, intuitive development, energy healing, and practical tools for self-trust. I’m especially interested in the places where old protective patterns can make it difficult to tell the difference between intuition and anxiety, discernment and fear, or what you genuinely want and what you learned you were supposed to want.

In a session with me, we might work with an inner child part, look at the energetic pattern underneath something that keeps repeating, explore a past-life connection, connect with your intuition or spiritual guidance, or simply get very clear about what is yours and what isn’t. I don’t believe intuition belongs to a special group of gifted people. It’s part of you, and much of my work is helping you recognize how your own knowing already speaks to you.

You can expect our work to be warm, collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in what is happening in your life right now. I’m not here to become another authority you have to look to for answers. I want our work to help you trust yourself more, feel more at home in your own energy, and have greater freedom to want what you want, make choices that feel true to you, and be fully yourself in your life and relationships.
