Hi, I'm Ishita or Ish!

My mission is to make Energy Healing mainstream through The Cosmic Touch where identity, energy, and mindset evolve together.

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, Tarot, Oracle and Angel Card Reader, life-alignment healer, light language practitioner, and community builder devoted to helping people come home to themselves.

I resolve mental-emotional, romantic, professional/burnout and health related challenges through energy healing.

My journey into this work began in a very personal place. I felt deeply depressed, disconnected, and trapped in my own life and body.

Everything shifted when I returned to India from Los Angeles and chose my inner healing process, where I found Reiki & energy healing.

From there, life began to reorganize - I met my soulmate, followed the pull toward a more aligned career path (TCT), and moved to Spain to build a life rooted in purpose, energy work, and conscious community.

1. 1. Tell us a bit about you and your practice.

   I'm Ishita or Ish, a Reiki Master Teacher, Quantum Manifestation Coach and use astrology + divination cards as supportive tools. I am the Founder of The Cosmic Touch community of creative intuitive leaders and lead the movement to make energy-led personal and professional development mainstream. Our community supports 20k+ cosmic souls to come into their true power and soul's path. My spiritual & divination journey began when I moved from India to Los Angeles to study at UCLA. My psychic powers started activating, and I saw past the illusions of limitations in my reality which were self imposed. When I claimed my power, I manifested my soulmate, a business aligned with my soul purpose, harmony in my lineage, a house and aligned travels across the globe while building a life in Spain.

2. 2. What moment or realization made astrology and/or tarot “click” for you in a real, lived way?

   Synchronicities and Activation of my psychic powers. When I was going through the first spiritual awakening in my early 20s, I started aligning with the moon cycle and my divine feminine energy. That's when I noticed my psychic powers come online especially near the new moon and full moon - clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience & energy healing. So I started practicing divination, connecting with my spirit guides and angels, using crystals and saw my reality shift in profound ways.

   When I got attuned as a Reiki Master Teacher and started training in Quantum Manifestation tools, I met my soulmate Alejandro, moved from India to Spain, started my soul-aligned community The Cosmic Touch and receive 6 figures effortlessly through my Reiki and quantum manifestation practices aligned with astrology. I now support 100s of members to come into their soul's power through alignment between astrology + Energy through The Cosmic Touch.

3. 3. What’s something most people misunderstand about astrology and/or tarot that you’re always gently correcting?

   Astrology is subjective - it is a guidance system to show you to your life's highest path through the challenges and experiences that you have. However, it does not work like magic - you must also take aligned action in the direction of your highest self to truly anchor into your best reality. This is usually where our deep rooted patterns can come in the way - the one's we have inherited from our family, from childhood experiences etc.

   For example: Sara's birth chart indicates that she is destined to earn a lot of money through professional success because of her Jupiter placement. However, she grew up in a poor family where resources were always limited and is stuck in the pattern of scarcity. So to come into her abundance as indicated in her birth chart, she will have to consciously release the pattern of scarcity from her energy field, step into her true power and thus align with her birth chart. Reiki, quantum healing & divination cards are tools to support the release of this pattern.

4. 4. Tell us your thoughts on the astrology of 2026 and how it’s likely showing up in people’s everyday lives right now.

   2026 is the Year of The Fire Horse in Chinese astrology. This is a year of rapid evolution. If you have the tools, capacity and the right support, this year is very powerful to clear your energetic field, release old outdated patterns from the old patriarchal paradigms and accelerate rapidly into your power. What I mean by that is, if you are open to truly reflecting upon who you are, align with the mission your soul is here to activate, and open up your energy field, you can unlock your psychic gifts and manifest your ideal reality which would otherwise take you 10+ years.

5. 5. What’s a recurring life theme you see in your readings right now (love, career pivots, endings, rebirth, boundaries), and how do you help people work with it instead of resisting it?

   I see the theme of coming into our authentic frequency. And that aligns every area of your life (love, career, endings, rebirth, boundaries). Being in our master frequency—the one undiluted by our conditioning, external ideas, or other energies which are not ours. Through Reiki and energy healing, we release layers of old conditioning to activate our true master frequency, and then through quantum manifestation techniques, we align with your highest timeline so you can receive your ideal love, career, relationships, and more into your life.

6. 6. When someone comes to you feeling stuck, what part of the chart do you look at first and why? If you do tarot or another practice, tell us about your process for this.

   I first try to understand where in the body the Cosmic member feels pain/a block. This helps me identify what chakra energy systems are off balance, creating this block in their reality. I am a firm believer that we are all creators of our reality - any aspect of our life which feels off balance is simply a mirror of that block within our energy.

   From there, intuitively I use a plethora of tools like somatic release, Reiki, breathwork, and quantum healing to gently release the block from their field by bringing the associated chakra back into balance & functioning at it's highest frequency so the Cosmic member can come into their power again. I then give some homework like taking an aligned guided action in the direction of their highest self to really anchor this empowered version of the Cosmic member into their reality.

7. 7. When someone is trying to understand their love life more deeply, where do you guide them to look first? What parts of the chart, energy, or inner patterns tend to reveal the most?

   Love is my favorite aspect of life. It is closely related to Venus, our placement for pleasure, enjoyment, love and romance. The energetic patterns I noticed within myself and countless other clients inspired me to create the Cosmic Course Self Love To Soulmate, as we are so deeply taught to believe that love is conditional and transactional so we end up repeating patterns of guilt in love, sacrifice in love and many more. Once I released these patterns and decided I deserve a love that supports my life, not drains it - I received my partner Alejandro in the most miraculous way. We met online in June of 2023, and took a trip to Istanbul together within 2 months of texting because we both knew this was a soul connection. We are now living together in Spain and about to get married!

   My deepest guidance for those looking to receive true aligned love is to come into your power by releasing your self-destructive patterns and setting boundaries in your field with your (future) partner, and even with yourself!

8. 8. When someone is trying to understand their career life or work/ purpose more deeply, where do you guide them to look first? What parts of the chart, energy, or inner patterns tend to reveal the most?

   Career clarity is a popular topic amongst Cosmic Members. In fact, our Cosmic course Professional Confidence is on this very topic. This is very closely related to our true soul’s purpose and mission. My recommendation to get clarity on this one is to literally sit in silence and ask your inner self what you are here to shift for the collective. This exercise requires a certain level of self mastery where you are able to sift through your patterns and conditioned thoughts like “my family has always practiced law” or following trends just because they’re popular in the market. Once you’ve sifted through the surface level layers, you can go deeper into what truly energizes you. And this is exactly what Professional Confidence guides our members through using techniques like Reiki, breathwork, Visual thinking exercises on Miro and LinkedIn personal brand alignment.

9. 9. What’s one small but meaningful practice or reflection you’d recommend people try based on their natal chart or reading?

   I would recommend everyone to understand their inner yes and no, to set up your own sovereign boundaries and follow your true north, rather than that of anyone or anything outside of you. So find a quiet evening, light up some candles, and set it up like a date for yourself. Once you are relaxed and in your body, ask your body “what is my absolute no”. Take a few moments to reflect on what part of your body responds. Write this down in your journal. Repeat the same exercise with the question “what is my absolute yes”. Then practice this response with small things. Ask your body before you eat something or reply to a text or anything else. Soon, your inner yes and no will get stronger!

    I love the book The Artist’s way - morning pages, artist dates and self reflection allow for a lot more creative freedom! I also highly recommend The Starseed Oracle cards by Rebecca Campbell.
