About Me

Hi, I'm Ashley Nguyen, founder of Awake In Wellness. I coach high achievers to reclaim their sense of self beyond the job title, using their birth chart and Human Design as a guide. If you're in a career pivot, feeling the pull toward something new but unsure what your purpose is, I help you move from confusion to clarity and build the self-trust to act on it. My work offers spiritual yet grounded clarity for the next evolution that's calling you.

I'm a former software engineer turned Astrologer, Human Design coach, and Yoga Teacher. I used these systems to discover my own purpose beyond my corporate title, and I now guide others through that same shift. As a professional chart reader & coach for 2+ years, I've supported 100+ in-person and online clients in awakening to their personal clarity.

What sets my work apart is the embodied lens I bring as a yoga and meditation teacher. You can KNOW your chart inside and out, but the clarity truly resonates when you FEEL it in your body.

In a session, you can expect information and integration. We begin with a chart reading that acts as a point of inquiry, never a boxed-in label. Then we move into a somatic meditation, so you can feel into your truth and leave with a deeper trust in yourself. I'd love to support you to claim the life of authentic freedom you deserve!
