I'm Alexis, an EFT practitioner blending tapping and Human Design to help women regulate their nervous system and rewire subconscious beliefs at the root. In our sessions, your own words become the medicine. We use your voice, your language, and your lived experience to unlock the patterns your body has been holding. Clients come to me feeling capable but chronically tense, intuitive but disconnected from their body. They leave feeling clearer, steadier, and safe enough to embody who they actually are instead of who survival taught them to be.
